近日，工作室发现部分网络平台传播擅自使用易烊千玺先生肖像等生成的AI剧集，易烊千玺先生未曾参演相关剧集，也未授权第三方将其肖像等进行AI合成。

现工作室已就前述侵权行为委请律师开展维权工作。同时正告相关主体立即下线、停止传播相关侵权剧集内容，工作室将积极采取法律措施追究侵权主体的全部法律责任。

In the early hours of Sunday, the studio of Chinese actor Jackson Yee‌ issued a statement condemning the unauthorized use of his likeness in AI-generated short dramas. The studio clarified that Yee has never acted in or authorized any third party to use his portrait for such productions.

Legal proceedings have been initiated against the infringing parties, and the studio has demanded the immediate removal and cessation of all related content.

据报道，近日多位网友发帖，一短剧平台上多部AI短剧在未经授权的情况下，使用AI合成技术盗用艺人易烊千玺的肖像及声音。

According to online posts, several AI-generated short dramas on a popular short-video platform have been found using synthetic versions of Yee's appearance and voice without permission.

有网友上传的视频画面显示，一部名为《午夜公车：她捉诡超凶的！》的短剧中，出现了一名与易烊千玺肖像极为相似的演员，声音也高度相似。

在相关帖文评论区，多部短剧也被网友指出使用了相似手法，同样涉嫌盗用易烊千玺的肖像，其中一部名为《骗我投个好胎？行，你们别后悔》的短剧热度值接近7500万。

上述几部短剧均为AI生成短剧。目前，涉嫌侵权的画面已被删除或更改，但作品仍正常播放。

4月4日，短剧平台人工客服回应称，已收到大量相关反馈，工作人员正在核实处理中。“因为AI短剧目前是新的类型，所以可能存在审核方面的不完善，我们会尽力完善该类型的审核。”

As of Saturday, some of the infringing scenes had been edited out, though the dramas themselves remained available. A customer service representative stated that they had received numerous complaints and were reviewing the matter, noting that \"AI short dramas are a new genre, so there may be gaps in the review process.\"

客服表示，相关作品是否下架，需视后续版权方与审核方的处理情况而定。“如果已经做出了整改并且版权方没有追究，可能是不会下架的。”

在评论区，不少人@易烊千玺，建议维权！

律师表示，根据民法典及司法实践，肖像权侵权的认定标准是可识别性，而非技术手段。只要AI生成的角色，能让公众联想到特定的真实人物，就可能构成侵权。

On social media, many netizens have called on Yee to take legal action. Legal experts point out that under Chinese law, the standard for determining portrait right infringement is \"identifiability\" — meaning that if an AI-generated character reminds the public of a specific real person, infringement may have occurred, regardless of the technology used.
